Northstar Health, LLC is a representation of community-based healthcare. We are focused on providing the utmost care for our communities near and far, and gathering resources to promote healthy lives and community growth.
Our founder
Northstar Health was founded by Raymond Ragland III, MD. Dr. Ragland has experience as a US Navy/Marine Corps physician, and has designed several public health initiatives overseas. We use many of these same techniques in delivering efficient, comfortable COVID-19 testing.
Raymond Ragland III, MD is the founder, our two other partners are Steven A Ragland. Esq and Phillip S Ragland, MD. We have currently recruited a workforce of 6-8 nurses and/or Medical Assistants, who will carry out the on-the-ground testing operations.
